USER NAME, ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD:

When you sign up for Services from Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, you will be able to select a Username and also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT:

You may terminate your account with us at any time by following the instructions in the administrative section of your profile/account or by e-mail at service@supernaturaltruth.com. In the event of termination of your service agreement, sections: Exclusion Of Warranty, Limitation Of Liability, Indemnification, Prohibited Content and/or Activity, Links To/From Third Party Sites, Copyright/ Restrictions On Use Of Material. Trademarks, Service Marks, Logos, and Corporate Identifications Protected, would still survive.

Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, makes no guarantee or warranty that the product reviews on the Site are accurate. All content and ratings are provided on a strictly as is basis and users must use their own judgment when deciding which products to purchase.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, shall issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account (depending on which was used to make payment) in the amount of the incorrect price.

USER PROFILE:

Your profile includes information such as, but not limited to, transaction history information. Any action designed to undermine the system and to alter your profile or the profiles of others is strictly prohibited. Your profile information is intended solely to facilitate interaction with Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, and you agree not to export or market your profile information or the profile information of other users in any other venue.

FEES AND SERVICES:

Prices of products and services are clearly marked throughout the web site and vary from one item to the next. Payment is expected at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all charges applicable to your Service(s) or Product(s). In addition, you are responsible for paying any taxes, surcharges, fees, and assessments imposed by Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, or a governmental authority from time to time in connection with the Services.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & LOSSES:

Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, seeks to provide quality products — both physical and digital — to consumers. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of shipping notice for a full refund on the price of the product. Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, does not cover the cost of shipping and/or handling for returned packages. Due to the easily-copied nature of digital products, refunds are not generally accepted on digital goods but may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

In the event that a package is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please e-mail Service@SupernaturalTruth.com to request a new package, and we will discuss the possibility of replacing your order in a reasonable manner.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER & SURVEYS:

This Site may contain online contests and surveys. Contests are solely to generate user interest. The surveys are for informational purposes and primarily contain sets of ‘multiple choice’ questions. Participation in such contests and surveys is voluntary.

SOFTWARE:

All software tools associated with Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, (“Software”) are proprietary tools of Supernatural Truth Productions, LLC, and you have been granted the license to use them to facilitate your transaction. These tools are covered by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
